Therapeutic effects...
of bathing have been recognized for centuries. The sophistication of ancient Roman bath houses can still be seen and admired - hot and cold compartments, steam rooms and aromatic massage quarters…

· Very hot bath - stimulates perspiration, which is valuable in cases of infectious illness and for encouraging elimination of wastes and detoxification,

· Warm bath - has a soothing and relaxing effect on both the mind and body,

· Cold or cool water - has an invigorating and stimulating effect.

To enjoy an aromatic bath simply add 5 to 10 drops of your chosen blend of oils to the bathtub when it is fool and relax in the aromatic vapors. Alternatively, pour one or two handfuls of aromatic bath salt into the bathtub and agitate the water before getting in. Salt contains precious minerals and promotes the elimination of acidic wastes from the muscles and joints, and induces perspiration - good for rheumatism, arthritis, infectious illness and for relaxation.

Bathing routine
· Before you climb into your scented bath or step into the shower - take a few minutes to stimulate the circulation by brushing your skin with a natural fiber skin brush.
· Enjoy your aromatic bath or shower.
· Rub yourself briskly with a towel to dry off and stimulate the circulation,
Apply scented moisturizing cream or lotion to leave your skin well moisturized.
